Risk Disclaimer

Wakever is a notification tool. It is not financial advice, and it cannot make trading safe.

Last updated: September 15, 2026

01

Not financial advice

Nothing Wakever sends, shows, or implies is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. An alert is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. Decisions you make after an alert are entirely your own, and you should consult a licensed professional before acting on market information.

02

No guarantees on accuracy or timing

Price feeds can be delayed, stale, or wrong. Filters can misfire. Push delivery can be delayed, phones can be unreachable, and alarms can arrive late or never. A missed or late alarm can cost real money, and that risk sits with you as the trader, not with a notification service.

03

Beta reality

Wakever is in pre-launch beta. Coverage is incomplete, behavior may change without notice, and outages will happen. Never use Wakever as your only safeguard for positions that matter to you. Set stop-losses with your broker, keep your own charts, and size positions as if the alert might not arrive.

04

Past performance

Any example, testimonial, or scenario describing alerts that “would have” caught a move is illustration, not evidence. Past market behavior does not predict future results, and no alert configuration guarantees catching any future move.

05

Your responsibility

By using Wakever you accept that trading crypto carries substantial risk of loss, that you trade at your own risk and with money you can afford to lose, and that to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for trading losses connected to alarms, missed alarms, or delayed alarms.
