Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and how you stay in control. We collect the minimum needed to wake you up and nothing more.

Who we are
WAKE is operated by an individual trading under the WAKE brand. For privacy questions or requests, contact wake.alert.support@gmail.com.
Data we collect
- Waitlist details: your email address and any optional message you leave about what should wake you.
- Account details: name and email from Google sign-in, handled through our authentication provider.
- Contact for calls: your phone number and country, so calls reach the right device.
- Alert settings: the markets, target prices, and conditions you configure, plus call history generated when alerts fire.
- Purchase records: your email, order status, and amount for Priority Pass orders. Card numbers are processed exclusively by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store them.
- Technical minimums: basic event logs such as signups and checkout starts, used to keep the service running and to understand aggregate usage. No advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
Email identifies your place in line and delivers your Wave 1 invite. Phone details deliver calls. Alert settings are the product itself. Purchase records prove ownership of Priority benefits and process refunds. Technical logs keep the service secure and reliable. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who processes your data
- Supabase: authentication and database hosting for accounts, alerts, and waitlist records.
- Google:sign-in identity, under Google's own policies at the moment you authenticate.
- Lemon Squeezy: payment processing as seller of record, under their terms and privacy policy.
- Telephony carriers: delivering calls and messages to your number when alerts fire.
We share data with processors only as needed to operate the service, never as a product.
Cookies and local storage
We set no advertising or tracking cookies. The service uses essential storage only: sign-in session data, a flag remembering a verified Priority purchase on your own device, and standard hosting infrastructure records. External checkout pages (Lemon Squeezy) apply their own policies while you are on their site.
Retention
Waitlist records are kept until launch and the invite window closes. Account and alert data lasts as long as your account exists. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Unfinished checkouts expire automatically after 24 hours. You may ask us to delete your data at any time (see Your rights), subject to records we must legally retain.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email support with the address your account uses and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your alerts and profile; an active Priority Pass should be refunded or used first per the Refund Policy.
Security
Access to personal data is limited to what operating the service requires, credentials are stored as salted secrets with providers rather than with us, and payment details never touch our servers. No system is perfectly secure, and you should tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Children
WAKE is not directed at children under 18 (or the age of majority where you live). We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will update this policy as the product and the law evolve, with a new “last updated” date each time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
