Terms of Service
The rules for using WAKE. Short version: use the product fairly, understand it is in beta, and know exactly what the Priority Pass buys you.

Who we are
WAKE is operated by an individual trading under the WAKE brand (“we”, “us”, “our”). There is no registered company behind the product yet. If that changes, these Terms will be updated and the operating entity will be named here.
Contact us for anything, including legal matters, at wake.alert.support@gmail.com.
What WAKE does
WAKE watches markets you choose and places a real phone call when a price target you set is hit, including when your phone is on silent (once you save the WAKE contact and enable bypass). The product is in pre-launch beta: features, limits, and availability may change at any time as we build toward public launch.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use WAKE.
You sign in with Google through our authentication provider. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for keeping your contact details, especially your email address and phone number, current. Alerts sent to an outdated number or email are still your responsibility.
Plans and limits
The free waitlist tier includes up to 5 active price trackers. The Priority Pass raises that to up to 20 active trackers with unlimited included calls, subject at all times to daily safety caps that protect the calling infrastructure (currently up to 10 wake-up calls per user per day, plus per-alert cooldowns). These caps exist so one volatile night cannot degrade the service for everyone, and we may adjust them as the network grows.
Priority Pass purchases
The Priority Pass is a one-time founding payment (currently $29 USD, shown against a $59 launch price) that secures Wave 1 first entry at launch, 20 active trackers, unlimited included calls within the safety caps, a Founding badge, and a locked discount on the first future paid plan year. It is optional. The free waitlist always exists.
Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller and merchant of record for the charge. Card processing, tax and VAT handling, and chargebacks are governed by Lemon Squeezy's terms. We never see or store your card numbers. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse the calling system, create fake accounts, or resell or share your access.
- Use WAKE to harass, spam, or monitor anyone else's activity.
- Probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
- Use alerts as your sole trigger for consequential financial decisions (see the Disclaimer).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with or without notice.
Beta disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” during beta. We make no promises about uptime, call delivery speed, price-feed accuracy, or market coverage. Feeds can be delayed or stale, carriers can fail, and alerts can arrive late or not at all. Do not rely on WAKE as your only market safeguard.
Intellectual property
The WAKE name, logo, product, content, and design are owned by the operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. © 2026 WAKE. All rights reserved. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the service. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of it without written permission.
No financial advice
WAKE sends notifications. It does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. See our Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including missed trades, delayed alerts, or failed calls. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $29 USD if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using WAKE at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these Terms or to protect the service. On termination your access ends; refund eligibility continues to follow the Refund Policy.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's home jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your own country of residence. Where local law grants you stronger rights than these Terms, local law prevails.
Disputes follow three steps. First, contact support so we have 30 days to resolve the matter in good faith. Second, unresolved matters go to mediation in a mutually agreed venue, including online mediation, with costs shared. Third, either party may pursue binding arbitration under neutral rules or, for consumer matters, a claim in the competent court of the buyer's residence. Payment-transaction disputes (processing, tax, chargebacks) are handled under Lemon Squeezy's terms as the seller of record.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product matures. Material changes will be noted here with a new “last updated” date, and continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept them. If a change materially reduces your Priority Pass benefits before launch, you may request a refund under the Refund Policy.
